Some recent events have sparked me to feel pain. Pain sucks. It sucks your energy right out of you. It's like you're so tired but you didn't really do anything and a lot of the time you don't feel like you can control it. Here is a grief tool I used to help me TURN *PAIN* into *POWER*.
I realized that not a lot of people can actually understand what this feels like - to not have a mother and then to not have a mother on mother's day. It's like the entire world around you is doing something you can not participate in at all. Here's how it went for me.
